I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel. The location was perfect, nestled within a lively area filled with shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious rooms, but I found the lighting to be inadequate and the bathroom counter space severely lacking. Overall, the staff provided excellent service, which elevated the stay despite a few drawbacks. 🌟

Rooms

The King Room I stayed in was spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. However, the room had poor lighting and minimal counter space in the bathroom, making it challenging for personal items. Additionally, some outdoor noise from the nearby highway was disruptive at times. 🛏️

The service was really good! From the moment I arrived, Dakota, the valet, made me feel welcomed and valued. He was not only professional but cheerful and accommodating throughout my stay. The staff, in general, were friendly and approachable, enhancing my experience significantly.

Dining

While I didn’t dine extensively, I noticed the variety of food options nearby, including some authentic Indian dishes that caught my eye. Having such diverse dining options so close by was a definite plus during my stay.
Facilities

The hotel offered essential facilities like room service and dry cleaning. However, I felt there could have been enhancements like better room amenities, such as proper coffee cups instead of just to-go cups. Still, the overall offerings met my basic needs.

During my stay at Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel, I experienced a mix of highs and lows. The staff was incredibly supportive, particularly Ryan, who ensured we got an upgrade and even arranged a thoughtful surprise for my wife after her surgery. However, I did face some cleanliness issues in our room, like finding a bottle cap and a stained towel. Overall, the service more than made up for the minor downsides, and I would return again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Renaissance Raleigh. The accommodations were clean and modern, though the bed pillows were a bit too flat for me. The staff, especially Dakota at valet, elevated my stay with their friendly service. However, I did have a minor issue with the extra seat in my room being uncomfortable. overall, it was a lovely visit that I'd highly recommend.

I had a decent stay at the hotel with a great location near shops and restaurants, but it really fell short in a few areas. The room was spacious and well-designed, but there were definitely some maintenance issues and noise disturbances that affected my experience. Overall, it could have been better considering the price I paid.

Rooms

The room was spacious and had a cool design, but it needed better maintenance with some scratched furniture and a stale smoke smell. Plus, I faced some noise issues from the highway and delivery trucks.

I stayed at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel for three nights, and while the location was really convenient near shops and restaurants, the experience had its ups and downs. I loved the in-room dining; the food was surprisingly excellent, and the staff was super friendly. However, I did run into an issue with the bathroom where water leaked out during showers. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I felt there were some areas that could use improvement.
